1 year agoGerrad was great throughout the whole process. We had him come out for a second quote. He came out quick and diagnosed our hvac unit. After some testing it ended up that it needed to be replaced. He gave us a fair quote and got us on the books for the following week. Few days after he came It stopped working all together. He understood our worry with having a 4m old baby in the home. He came back that day and got it working enough untill the appointment the following week to replace it. The day he came to replace it he was on time and hardly knew he was here. Got the job done and the temperature in our house is great. -

I have a young child and baby at home and he made sure to get to us as soon as possible each time! He's an amazing guy, who knows his stuff. He fixed the issues pretty quickly and at a fair price. I have a home warranty and still call Gerrad and pay out of pocket! Highly recommend! -
