3 years agoHorrible Customer Experience!!! Angi's doesn't allow enough characters to write a thorough review of this vendor so I will summarize. The customer service experience was atrocious. They don't record their calls for customer experience verification and/or training so it's your word versus the reps after they hang up on you and why. They take your money and don't resolve the issue. The customer service manager (who answers the phone without stating her name) says she will talk to the dispatch manager about scheduling you in for a follow up. You get a notification from your bank about a refund before that same customer service manager calls you back to let you know they are refunding the money and not helping you out. Even if they had the best techs in the world (which they don't), who wants to be treated like that, especially when you're paying them.?.? Be wary of the customer experience with this company. -

4 years agoR & R heating is a great company to do business with. Very professional and knowledgeable on AC systems. They get back to to right away if you have any concerning questions. Our installation went very well with no problems. This company has integrity and has a product they sell that we can rely on for many years to come. The overall staff was very easy to work with. Highly recommended! Five stars for sure! -

5 years agoI bought this house at the end of 2020. The information on the furnace showed R&R to be the installer (they also installed the A/C) in 2014. So, I called them for a preventative and maintenance checkup. SO GLAD I DID!!! From appointment scheduling to conclusion of services - this company is top notch!! Extremely refreshing to experience again in these times. Joe is top notch. If you ask me what could be improved for their service -- I've got a big "Nothing!" Thank you R&R and Joe! -

6 years agoI honestly can't say enough great things about R&R! They were so responsive, helpful, paid attention to detail, and professional. From Tyler, our sales guy, to the installers, to the front desk, we had such a wonderful experience. Tyler always let us know when he was ten minutes out and he also came over after he was off the clock to help ease the process. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Installing a new A/C and furnace is a little stressful. It's a chunk of change but it was so worth it! If you are in the market for a new A/C or furnace you should call R&R heating. Let them give you a bid and check them out for yourself! You won't be disappointed! -
