3 months agoHad a new furnace installed and as usual excellent service across the board! Always have great service and have been a customer of theirs for years. Cody came and presented us with options on the new furnace and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. More importantly he did what he said he would do and in a timely fashion. 3 months agoI called for a home heating oil delivery this morning and I was told it would be 5-7 days for the delivery - I was a little disappointed that the wait would be that long. Another surprise, my delivery was completed the next day. There is one thing to make note of. With the transition from Hugh Duffy Coal to HOP Energy, the level of Customer Service isn't what it used to be. I have been a customer since moving to Vermont in 1988 and I would think that that level of customer loyalty would count for something more than just another name on an account roster.
