2 months agoDespite the freezing rain, after the roads cleared Myers showed up for the pickup after Christmas when containers are especially full. The driver must have worked late into the day. By contrast, the bins serviced by the other guys that I brought out to the road for my hospitalized neighbor remained full for the week. On another occasion, the Myers driver helped me roll my containers down our long driveway when I was late bringing them out. He also advised that it would be no problem for him to remove bungee cords from the cans if I used them to keep the lids down on windy days. I've also seen him pick up windblown recycled material from the street. These folks have always been courteous in person and on the phone whenever I had questions. It's a great local family run company performing an important service professionally. -

3 months agoWorst website and no email address to contact the company. I called the company phone number to check on trash service pickup and was forwarded to a ringing line and no one answered. Staying with Casella. -

5 months agoThey were contracted to pick ep trash. They repeatedly failed to do so, then refused to credit our account or make it right. Just my honest experience with this trash company. -

6 months agoThey left my trash fully not checking see if was emptied I get biweekly now it be one month I am canceling them right away Why can't these people do one simple job I pay 50 dollars for biweekly two bins total
