4 months agoCalled them over to address mice issues at an apartment building I own. Never a great thing when a pest person says THEY DO NOT use poison (that's like a carpenter who doesn't havr a hammer in their tool belt). Owner is a middle-aged woman who is very opinionated about poisons; put me on the spot in front of tenant; made a big stink about how my poison traps could've killed their cat. Also made a big stink about the stove drawer being broken when it wasn't (again in front of the tenant). Owner is leading some sort of crusade in Montpelier to make poison traps illegal. This woman is in the wrong line of work. -

7 months agoMichelle was great to work with. We had a wasp infestation in our dining room ceiling. I left a message in the morning, she called back in 15min and came right over. Took care of the issue immediately. Did not try to upsell me on a monthly service like the national companies did. Very polite and professional. I highly recommend Grenier's. -

She (and Dot!) took the time to explain their process and help me understand what I was dealing with. Michelle was thorough, honest, and continued to follow up with me after the treatment to ensure it was effective. She was happy to answer questions and made us feel confident in the solution for our home. Very happy to have a trustworthy local business to depend on for pest control. 10/10 -

1 year agoLousy service. Michelle doesn't know her rear end from last Tuesday. Promised trail cameras, and when asked her reply was "we don't have any available- they are on other jobs". Total waste of time and money to work with these people. 1 star only because I cant give them 0. STEER CLEAR!! -
