Cliff called us back promptly on Monday (within about 2 hours of leaving a message), and was able to come the same day to fix it, for a quite reasonable price. This was among the best experiences we've had with service providers in the area. Would absolutely recommend him. -

I called him the other day because a couple of weeks ago, I thought it was broken. He called me right back and it turned out that I just needed a battery. But when called back, he was available. -

14 years agoHe arrived a bit late, but replaced the garage door opener hardware with no problems in the estimated time. It has worked well since installation. While he was at the house, we purchased an exterior keypad, which he expected to be shipped to us the following week. It actually took about 2 weeks for it to arrive. When it did, he made a special trip to bring it out and install it for no additional charge. We had expected him to just mail it to us. It was a good experience.
