They always do a great job, pick my trash and recycling up on schedule and let me know the plan if my pick up day falls on a holiday. They're very professional and they're also really nice people. -

3 years agoThey do okay with pick up, but their billing is a mess! First, they had my address wrong. It was the same as the pick up address, but for some reason they kept sending the bill to a non-existent address in a whole other town. Then, I moved. They did one final pick up in the month I moved, and I've literally over paid at this point, but continue to bill me. I tried to call them and explain, but they're so confused they can't figure out the the final bill they sent me included the one pickup for the month I moved. Tried to convince me that even though the service date on the bill was for 5/31, that the bill was for April. And they only did one pick up in April, but the bill amount is for a full month. They clearly need a better billing system. I'm all for supporting small businesses, but avoid this one until they figure out how to bill correctly! -
