2 months agoCleanup was great, couldn't be happier with them. The restoration side is a nightmare, slow, uncommunicative, and unreliable. -

3 months agoDave and Jaden came by from Servpro right after my house experienced devastating pipe freeze and flooding here in Montpelier... The guys were just fantastic and I'm grateful to serve pro for sending them... It's amazing how much work they got done quickly- wizards they are-which may end up saving a huge hassle and cost. Thank you, Servpro. -

1 year agoVery IMPRESSED with SERVPRO of Barre and SERVPRO of Cheshire County in NH. On Wednesday, March 19th, my parents had their water heater burst and flood the finished basement at around 8:00 P.M.. I called SERVPRO of Barre who immediately dispatched a team from SERVOPRO of Cheshire County. Gary stayed in contact with me via texting until the team arrived. The team arrive at midnight and had removed the soaked rugs, set up fans, and dehumidifiers by 1:20 A.M. The team was professional, efficient, and friendly. It is now March 23rd and a SERVPRO team member(s) has been at the house to check on the drying process each day. They are incredibly helpful-answering questions and explaining the process of drying out the basement. My parents are 95 years old. SERVPRO made this very upsetting experience go smoothly and lessen the stress. We are so grateful for ALL the SERVPRO team has done! I recommend their services with a 110 out of 100! THANK-YOU!! -

1 year agoChris and his team (from New Hampshire) were excellent: they knew our issue and took care of it professionally. They were honest, clean, and showed up when they said they would. If they couldn't get to us right off it was because, like most employers in VT, they don't have enough help. But the folks who did come were great.

FAQ
How does Servpro Team Paul determine pricing for water damage restoration?
We assess the severity of the damage during our initial inspection to provide a custom quote based on the scope of work needed, such as water extraction, drying, and any required reconstruction. Factors like the extent of affected areas, type of water involved, and necessary equipment usage influence the final cost. Free estimates are available upon request to give you a clear understanding before any work begins.
Are you licensed and insured for water damage and fire restoration services?
Servpro Team Paul holds the proper licensing and insurance required for water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning in central Vermont. Our second-generation team follows industry standards to ensure safe and compliant restoration for homes and businesses. This coverage protects both your property and our technicians during every job.
Does Servpro Team Paul handle water extraction and drying for flooded basements and kitchens?
We manage water extraction from flooded areas like basements and kitchens using pumps and specialized equipment, followed by setting up air movers and dehumidifiers to dry the space thoroughly. Our process includes inspecting the damage severity and restoring the property to pre-loss condition, as seen in our work with burst water heaters and pipe floods. This covers both residential and commercial properties across central Vermont.
What is the typical timeline and arrival window for your emergency services?
We respond 24/7 to emergencies like water damage or storm flooding, arriving quickly after your call with a clear plan discussed on-site. The full restoration timeline depends on damage severity, but we remove standing water first, then monitor drying progress with adjustments to equipment for the fastest safe recovery. We communicate regularly about each stage, even if running late, to set realistic expectations.
How does Servpro Team Paul handle cleanup and leave the property after water damage restoration?
We contain dust with plastic sheeting during the job and perform thorough cleanups each day, with extra attention on the final day to remove all debris and equipment. Waste from water extraction and drying is properly disposed of, leaving your home or business clean and ready for use. Our teams ensure the site is secure and communicate the completion status before leaving.
Why is your professional water damage restoration safer than attempting DIY cleanup?
Our trained teams use specialized pumps, extractors, dehumidifiers, and monitoring tools to remove water and dry structures completely, preventing hidden mold growth that DIY methods often miss. Attempting cleanup with household tools risks electrical hazards, incomplete drying, and further structural damage from undetected moisture. We follow a monitored process tailored to the damage severity, ensuring safer and more effective results than personal efforts.
