9 months agoThis review is way overdue because I gave this company far too many chances ? and they failed every single time. The communication is a joke, the staff is unprofessional, and for the high prices they charge, the service is embarrassing. I finally found a crew that actually did a good job, only for the company to switch them without telling me. When I called, one person said ?they can?t accommodate? and another just rescheduled me for a random day. Total chaos. Nobody knows what they?re doing. Bathrooms were always left with residue, the kitchen never cleaned right, and even after countless complaints, nothing changed. The office does not care, and the owner clearly has no control over their business. Bottom line: this company is unreliable, overpriced, and not worth a dime. I would never recommend them ? there are far better cleaning services out there that actually respect their customers. Also I noticed they tamper with reviews -

2 years ago$367 If I can give less than one star I would These people do not know the meaning of clean I have so many pictures of all the non cleaning they have done I told them to leave called right away told them not to come back and do not charge me They charged me any way I will be calling the bank the BBB and i will let everyone know not to use them -

3 years agoG&S cleaning was an exemplar of professionalism, quality, and value. We needed my fathers house cleaned for sale and it needed a LOT of work. They responded promptly and provided a quote. Despite the fact that we gave them carte blanche and told them "we will pay whatever it costs, just clean it all" they were incredibly respectful and checked in when they realized they might need to go beyond the quoted hours. We were tremendously pleased with the results - I still can't believe those rugs came clean! We have hired them back to clean the now-vacant apartment in the same house and they have been so responsive and prompt - I just cannot recommend them highly enough. Do not look anywhere else, hire this hardworking family business TODAY for your cleaning needs! -

We were referred to G&S Cleaning Services by a friend when we mentioned our situation and need for a DEEP clean and sanitization. I spoke with Sweba who assessed our needs and was able to schedule our home on a very short notice. We really appreciated how quickly they were able to get to our home. They were promptly on time, starting right at 7am. We left the home for the day and when we came back we were so excited to have such a clean home and a "fresh start." They cleaned every little crevice getting all of the former pet's hair and grime. We highly recommend G&S Cleaning for their high quality of service. -
