2 years agoAll of the previous reviews about Arbor Services convinced me to contact them for a quote to have a tree removed from my back yard and a stump removed in my front yard. I can't say enough about the prompt response that I received from Aaron. The quote he provided was fair and exceeded my expectations. He completed the job quickly and I was impressed with his attention to safely removing the tree without any damage to the fence and blowing the dust away making my back yard looking better than before the job was done. 5 years agoThis review is in two parts. The first part is that we needed some professional opinions on planting new trees in our backyard, and we called around to various tree service companies. I called eight different companies around the Salt Lake City area, and only Adam of Arbor Services got back to me. (I later heard back from a second one, but they wanted to charge a minimum of $200 just to have a guy come out and tell me where good planting spots were.) Adam came out that same afternoon and gave me advice as to where good spots were, and he was very knowledgeable with where would work and where wouldn't. He also came out and did this on his own time, with no charge to me. The second part is that I had a highly overgrown apple tree in my backyard and needed a professional arborist to trim it down and prune it. They were able to get me scheduled in less than a week after contacting them, and they made quick work on fixing the apple tree. Not only did they trim the tree, they also removed all the fallen and broken off branches, and cleaned all the dead fruit off the lawn, and they did this without us asking them to, or adding on to the price of the service we called them for. Adam is now my go-to arborist, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing tree work done.
