9 years agoThey stayed as long as they needed to clean the house properly. The added bonus was that as I am an animal rescue advocate, and they use green cleaning products, I didn't have to worry about my two little dogs moving into the home. Elite Green Cleaning made my move into my new home much more pleasant, and cleaning was one job that I didn't have to worry about! -

9 years agoThey (2 ladies -cannot remember names at this time) did an excellent job where they cleaned. When I booked them I was told they would be able to clean for 3-4 hours I since I wanted a thorough top to bottom cleaning, I indicated I thought it would be more of 4 hours and I was willing to pay for that. They arrived a little late -11:10 or so and let me know they could only clean for 3 hours since one of them had a doctors appointment. They said they would have to leave at 2. I showed them around and let them know where the priorities were. I left them to clean since I needed to relieve my father at the hospital. When I arrived home at 2PM they were already packed up and one was in the car waiting. They did a fantastic job where they cleaned but did miss some things. One corner of the kitchen counter had crumbs under the toaster, it had not been moved. Still a couple areas of the kitchen floor with crumbs, a couple of the end tables had places they missed, corners you could see where they dusted. One bathroom still had some cobwebs. The rest of the bathrooms and kitchen sparkled but they did not have time to do all the dusting, vacuuming that I had requested. I really had wanted a total top to bottom cleaning and was disappointed they could not do this. They were all very nice, from the owner who I scheduled with to the 2 cleaners. I was told it was $200 for less than 6 man hours, I thought it might be a little less since it was under 6 man hours but everything looked so nice I paid and gave them a small tip ($5 each) after they left I thought I should have given more but then I found the problem spots over the next couple of days.. I would hire them again, just with more exact times/prices. -

9 years agoWe couldn't have been more pleased with Elite Green Cleaning, Joanne, the owner, and the two cleaners who did our first "deep clean", and the cleaner who came today for our second clean. Joanne's communication with us has been outstanding - checking to see how the initial clean went and then asking what we needed our cleaner to focus on today. The cleaners have been prompt, worked very hard, and were most courteous and thoughtful. We loved our previous cleaners and were so sad that they were no longer servicing our area. We are so thankful to have found Elite Green Cleaning and to work with Joanne and her wonderful team. We couldn't be happier! -

9 years agoVery good. My wife has been thrilled. They do a complete cleaning every other week. With some minor cleaning in between our house stays immaculate continually. They don't use chemicals, so we do a little bleaching and Tilex in the bathroom, but otherwise haven't noticed any issue with that.
