    To Epic Heating & Air, how about you all prove it by sharing evidence (e.g. screenshots)? If you have evidence to support your claims, feel free to share screenshots-I'm open to removing this review if the facts check out. I just wish the same effort put into responding to Google reviews was reflected in your actual service and customer care. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I recommend going with any HVAC company rated 4 stars or better. At the time of this review they were a 3.3 stars (or something like that), but have since improved a little (3.8 stars). This is just my personal experience, and I hope others have a better one. One of your techs came out, diagnosed the issue, and told us someone would follow up the same day. No one ever did. I had to call back myself just to get basic information. I scheduled a return visit, took the day off work to be available, and no one ever showed up. Now you're claiming in your response that there was a "no-show"? Use your software and send a screenshot proving it. When I did call, the person I spoke with provided very little information and repeatedly told me in dismissive tone to "contact your home warranty"-offering no real assistance. I found that dismissive and frustrating, and it reflected poor customer service. I hate that I had taken time off work to be available, which made the no-show even more frustrating. I couldn't find a functional website or physical office location for the company, which raises further concerns about accountability and professionalism. I've attached screenshots showing my attempts to follow up. In my opinion, this company does not prioritize communication or follow-through. Their low Google review rating speaks for itself-and instead of taking responsibility, their responses to reviews often shift the blame back onto the customer. I recommend Greg at Mountain Peaks or any company with a 4-star rating or better.

    Coming from I 80 going west. Driver must have missed the exit before redwood. And almost came to a complete stop on the freeway to make the exit from the left lane to the right lane . Bad drivers I wont use them just for this reason if the driver is distracted by the phone while driving. Than definitely they will mess up what ever they are fixing

    They texted on their way, showed up, and left. Construction going on in the home, so it is loud. They didn't call or text they were there and going to leave. So unprofessional, and outright rude. Buyers beware.
