The carpets had a bad smell and didn't seem very clean. I was searching for another company for my new tenants so I called United. They were great at communicating and great to work with! Jimmie did an incredible job!!! The carpets looks like new!!!! -

4 weeks agoThis team was fantastic! We were moving into a new house and they cleaned the carpets before furniture was moved in. The carpet was so much cleaner!! I really appreciate the high level of communication about availability and arrival time. Everyone on the team was courteous. They were very diligent about protecting the wall corners while they cleaned and getting as much water out of the carpet as possible to speed up drying time. I felt like they went above and beyond to give me a good experience and I will definitely be calling them again! -

We have really dirty carpets due to how much foot traffic we get and they always make our carpets look brand new everytime they come by. Appreciate them always! -

I needed to get it cleaned on short notice and they squeezed me in their schedule. Good price!, Good Service! Will continue to use in the future!
