1 month agoBrandon was awesome to work with! With a brand new baby, our furnace quit working in the winter one night! Our house temperature was dropping quickly. We called any hour services the day before and they weren't helpful at all. Just charged us to tell us our thermostat had gone bad and didn't really look into the furnace. We replaced the thermostat and it did not fix the issue. The next morning we called Brandon with ICare and he was able to fit us last minute into his schedule when we had an emergency. He was super knowledgeable and got our heater working even better than it was before! Absolutely won't hesitate to recommend Icare to any of my friends/neighbors in the future. -
