9 months agoI've been a customer for 11 years. This time they out did themselves!! My AC died and I called Chris. He sent Austin out within an hour to look at it. I ended up needing a new one. Austin answered all my questions about each unit. He set up portable AC units so I could sleep until they got the new one in. Two days later they were installing a new one. It is so quiet and works like a dream! They give excellent customer service!! -

10 months agoLuis Ramon was my tech today and he was awesome. I had been down without ac for almost three days, and even had a tech come out on Saturday, said nothing was wrong. Luis was quick in identifying the problems, went out to another service call, got the parts to return and finish the job. He also gave details along the way on what he was doing.
