He was super attentive to us throughout the whole process from correspondence, to meeting us at the carpet store, to follow-up walk-throughs. We appreciated all of his expertise and hand-holding to ensure that our flood damaged basement was well taken care of. I highly recommend him and Jeremy (who did our trim and paint job)! 9 months agoAbsolutely the best experience. We have taken a long time to get our ducks in a row and they didn't let us down at all. The accounting office was amazing with working with us. Braxton has been the best communicator of all time! I am BLOWN AWAY! He was so good at letting us know what was going on and checking in. He has never dropped the ball. He was always very friendly and I never had to wonder what was happening. He took initiative and called us often, which was very comforting in our messy situation. Also, Jeremy came and let us know every time he was going to come fix our bathroom. He even put the ETA to the minute. Not to mention the work was exceptional. I never had to wonder if he was actually coming, not one time. I've used contractors before and that is always an issue, but not with Jeremy! I have never experienced such great communicators and punctuality in ANY company. 5/5 stars! Highly recommend! -

10 months agoReyes helped restore my walls, baseboards, and flooring after my main pressure valve caused a good amount of damage. He was punctual, and professional. He communicated well, and was very respectful of me and my schedule. He left things looking better than they did before the flooding.
