He was able to come into my new place and show me and the landlord what was wrong with the carpet and whether or not it could be cleaned well enough for my children to play on it. Even though it didn't land him a paid job he had the integrity to be honest about the situation instead of upcharging and pretending to clean something that should have been replaced. I will always recommend Platinum Cleaning for this reason. -

8 years agoAndy is fast, efficient and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to carpet care. I could probably find someone cheaper to clean my carpets, but a month later it would look terrible. With carpet care, you get what you pay for. Platinum cleaning is worth every penny.
