  Their 5 star reviews seem fake, with profiles that only have one review. Edit-Here's my whole experience. I bought a groupon, it expired. I called to make an appointment and use the credit to buy another service as groupon policy says I can do, the receptionist said no then I told them the policy word for word, they asked someone in their accounting team and said that its groupons responsibility. I put a review and emailed them and suddenly they want to honor it and claimed that whoever I spoke with was new, so I called them out and said the "new" employee spoke with the accountant and asked if the accountant was new- the current lady i was on the phone with redirected my question and I went forward with scheduling an appointment. Okay so they honored the whole groupon at this point and a tech came out, everything was great until he tried to sell me additional services. High pressure and acting like my unit was gonna break tomorrow and like I was making the worst decision of my life when all I said was "give me a few days to think about it." Anyways, guy laughs and his whole demeanor changes. He went to clean my dryer vent, I showed him which one it was and he said "no its this one" and commenced to break my exhaust port outside of my house that WAS NOT the dryer vent. Wasnt replaced by technician. Anyways, on his way out, he claimed and was absolutely sure and arguing with me that I still had to pay them 44 dollars for the groupon after I was told earlier that it was being honored. After arguing for a minute, he called the office and confirmed that I was right. No apologies, just packed his stuff and left. I still gave him a 40 dollar tip but this whole thing was just annoying and aggressive and belittling. Oh yeah they also claim they're doing extra services of microbe testing as a "favor" as sales tactics and "i dont do this for everyone" when the test strip is probably a dollar or so. THE POSITIVE- tech was informative and showed me what to buy and install (the things he was trying to sell me), I am now going to buy and install myself. A UV light above my AC coils and an ionizer below my blower motor. Way easy to install and significantly cheaper to do yourself. Won't honor groupon policy. I have an expired groupon and it clearly states that the amount is still usable even if it's not the promotional value.

  Isaac came to our home to inspect and clean our ductwork, which honestly had not been serviced in over 40 years. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to analyze the entire system, explain what he was seeing, and walk us through what needed to be done and why. What impressed me most was his experience and attention to detail. He clearly knows his craft and approached the job with care and precision. He was also very communicative throughout the entire process, making sure we understood everything and answering all of our questions without hesitation. After four decades of buildup, the difference is remarkable. If you're looking for someone who is professional, experienced, and genuinely committed to doing the job right, I would absolutely recommend Isaac.

  We have used apex clean air for years for our vent cleaning. We just moved into a new home and wanted to make sure the vents were clean. Skyler was prompt, professional, and thorough. He gave us all of the options for pricing and wasn't pushy, just wanted us to get the best value. He should get a raise!!

  My first impression was excellent. Both men were cleanly dressed, clean cut with no facial hair, fit looking, clean shoes and a clean truck! They were noticeably kind and respectful in their conversations. They explained everything clearly, didn't rush the job and informed me of additional help they could give. In addition to having my vents and returns cleaned, they sanitized everything and in addition, they cleaned my heater/fan in the bathroom. I am a very satisfied customer.

  We had a great experience with John from Apex Clean Air. We had lived in our home for 5.5 years and hadn't had the air vents cleaned out yet. Looks like they may have never been cleaned out in the 26 years since the home was built. John took before and after pictures and showed us so we could see what a difference it was making. Holy cow! Our ducts and vents were filthy. Not only are our vents much, much cleaner now, but John was very friendly and professional. We didn't even mind how loud the vacuum was (mostly. It was very loud) because the service was excellent. We used a coupon that came in the mail to lower the price and we were extremely happy with the price and the outcome. Our home is a little have 2000 sq ft and we don't have pets.
