They work with you to get your home the way YOU want it, suggest other possible cleaning opportunities when they see things that are out of scope (like cleaning the baseboards or windows.) My cleaner is consistent every time with how she cleans and how she leaves my house AND with putting things back where they were originally. My cleaner and I don't really speak the same language - but the manager always conveys messages to her and if something comes up while she is here, I can text the manager and get the issues straightened out right away. I love that the manager is available in this way - as it really helps to ensure a smooth cleaning EVERY TIME! You gotta go with these folks!! -
