11 months agoI loved working with the Flooring Liquidator team. First I met Mark, the owner. He was knowledgeable and helped me find good flooring on a budget. The installation was able to get done very quickly by Juan and Manuel Sepulveda. (They outsource their installation work. I would give them 5 stars but they don't have a social media presence.) the Sepulvedas were AMAZING. They did great work, were professional and fast. I can't say good enough things about this process. -

FAQ
How does Flooring Liquidator determine pricing for carpet and flooring projects?
We base pricing on the specific flooring type, square footage, and any extras like stairs or discontinued stock. Our deals focus on high-end options such as white oak or smoked truffle laminate while keeping projects on budget through fair rates. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your kitchen, home, or other areas.
Are you licensed and insured for flooring installation work?
Flooring Liquidator carries the necessary licensing and insurance required for carpet contracting, flooring contracting, and tile installation in Orem, UT. We prioritize safe practices to protect your home during every project. This setup gives homeowners peace of mind when inviting our team inside.
Does Flooring Liquidator install geometric pattern carpet on stairs and rooms?
We handle full installations of geometric pattern carpet in rooms, on floors, and up stairs, as shown in our completed projects. Our team manages selection through to precise fitting for seamless results. This covers carpet contracting along with flooring and tile needs in homes and kitchens.
What is your typical timeline for flooring installation projects?
We complete most installations quickly, often in a short window after selection to minimize disruption. Factors like project size and material availability set the exact schedule, which we discuss upfront. Repeat customers appreciate our efficiency across multiple jobs.
What happens to old flooring debris after Flooring Liquidator finishes the job?
We remove and dispose of old flooring waste properly to leave your space clean and ready to use. Our process ensures no mess remains from demolition through final touches. This standard step helps you enjoy the new floors immediately without extra cleanup.
Why is hiring you better than doing flooring installation as a DIY project?
Our professional approach delivers precise cuts, secure adhesion, and lasting durability that DIY often misses due to lack of specialized tools. We source unbeatable deals on premium materials like discontinued stock, avoiding common errors such as uneven seams or buckling. Homeowners save time and avoid costly fixes by letting our experienced team handle it.
