2 months agoService was great, the guy came within 30 minutes and had my heater up and running within 20 minutes. I had an issue with pricing but the owner contacted me and took the time to hear me out as well as explain how their pricing works and the issue was resolved immediately. If I ever have another hvac issue I know I can trust Authority Heating and Cooling to do the job with honest and fair pricing! -

2 months agoAs always a very respectful and knowledgeable tech came to my home and cleaned and inspected my HVAC unit. We pay a small amount each month and they cone every 6 months. One time they caught something that was going to break, and it was fixed and we having had any issues. It's nice knowing that everything is in good working order. If you've had your furnace stop working just ahead of a big snow storm or on a holiday you know what a pain ($$$) that can be. Anyway, I'm super happy with the service we get from Authority. -

Brandon was on time, very polite, went the extra mile, was thorough , clean, polite, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions and gave me advice on how to maintain my furnace. Brandon really is a 5 star kinda guy. -

2 months agoHad Brandon Picou come in and service our suite here in Pleasant Grove. He was cheerful and seemed eager to be there, but did not interrupt our schedule unnecessarily. I really appreciated his efficiency and how it wasn't uncomfortable to have him in our space as it sometimes is with rude or grumpy people. Brandon set a gold standard for Authority and I look forward to similar service from them again
