They were very knowledgeable & thorough as they checked the furnace functions. After diagnosing the problems they went ahead and remedied all that was wrong that very same visit! I am very pleased with this company and with James and Shawn. After rectifying the problems they told me what they found, and then took the time to share some advice on how to avoid our situation again. I highly recommend them! -
