1 year agoCommunication is awful. I called and texted and was told I would hear back but never did. Never even got a text or phone call on when I could hear back by. Very frustrating. Had to pay $540 to get the problem fixed when this was a new build and we only lived there for a few months before it broke. This should have never been an issue this early on. -
