1 year agoTo understand ZAC understand that perfection should be his middle name...Zac spent the last 4 weeks as part of my home renovation team....He brings with him a world of experience and ideas ....Painting, installation of mouldings....bifolds, plumbing.....they're just in nothing he cannot due....He is tireless though he shared with me that getting it all done in a timed window was tough.....i rented a house and moved out for the month....and this project had to be done....I will get Zack back to do more work on outside of house.....This guy is a PRO and has connections to do everything......Paint the Ceiling in entire house...Done, Paint the entire interior of the house,,,Done....Custom mouldings around 25 doors in the house....Done.....Repairs and replacement of lock on door, Done.....Trouble shoot Done....He is Amazing Guy...He worked with an Interior Designer i hired to oversee the ground up renovation.......Probably added 100k to the value of the house which was 45 years old.....Amazing -

2 years agoWe found ben online and he came over to inspect a leak that we had upon inspection ben determined that there was a leak in our main line that connects our water from the city to our home. Ben unfortunately mentioned this is out of his wheel house and mentioned we would need a professional plumber to handle this. In this regard I appreciate ben for his honesty and ability to know is limits and not take on a job that was out of his wheel house that could of caused more problems for us in the long run I was able to get a plumber to fix the leak and called ben back to replace the frame studs that were soaked due to this leak and he did great work. will definitely be calling him for any other handy man needs. -

2 years agoI hired titan to do a task which was more than I could handle at the time. I expressed all that I needed to be done. I didn't have the tools to finish the job either. And I not big on painting things. He sent me a quote and we agreed and we moved forward with a deposit. He began the work, but I guess the work somehow was not understood by him even though the quote had everything in it. As he worked on it the work was taking longer and longer to finish he even brought in his family to help. But, he said he can't spend anymore time on it. And that was it. He didn't bring it up a renegotiation or the fact he miss judge the time or whatever until he was done by just slapping some paint on and called it good. It is really frustrating because now there is paint overlapping, spackle that needed to be sanded better, and much more. He is a nice guy and tried to have things taken care of but, my thing is this he needed to ensure he knows what the customers want and have given a thorough and true quote. finish a job the right way. Because you failed to properly address your failure. And so on. I am highly disappointed in the job, it bugs me to go into the room to see all the unfinished spots. Everything is expensive for everyone and I want to higher someone who will do the job better than me a lot better than me. -
