6 years agoI had to badger them to give me updates on appointments that were not kept. I called, they said they would send someone over on Monday to give an estimate. No one showed up, no one called. I called on Wednesday, asked what happened. Owner said he knew nothing of the call. Fine, it happens. He told me he'd text a number and I could send my info, he'd get back to me. I texted my info to the number, no response. On that Friday after no one got back to me, I texted asking for an update. He told me I was at the top of the list and someone would come over on Monday (again). Here it is Tuesday evening, and nothing. I didn't really feel like a priority, I had to go after them to get any information. Would not recommend. -

They came this morning even though there was still snow on the ground from a late spring storm. They did an amazing job and worked really hard and kept me up to date the whole way through.
