3 months agoLet me tell you why I hired Pedro to do my floors: his passion for his work and his incredible work ethic. From the very first phone call, I knew Pedro was the right person for the job. Meeting him in person only confirmed it. In today's world, it's rare to find genuinely good people who provide a service many of us can't-or don't want to-do ourselves. It's even rarer to find someone who works as hard and with as much pride and passion as Pedro does. I absolutely hated my floors and spoke with several flooring contractors about replacing them, but I never moved forward because they made me feel like an inconvenience. Pedro was the complete opposite. He listened, cared, and delivered beyond expectations. Now I love my floors, and I have Pedro and his team to thank for that. You truly couldn't hire a better human being. -

4 months agoWe bought a home with 60-year-old hardwood floors that had a lot of wear from pets and furniture. We'd never owned hardwood before and had no idea where to start. I texted Pedro on a Friday, and he came out the very next day - on a Saturday - to give us an estimate. He arrived professionally, explained everything clearly, and didn't try to upsell us. He recommended a natural finish without stain to save cost and preserve the beauty of the wood. He also pointed out that our floors are mostly white oak with some red oak mixed in, and because they have very few knots, they are above-standard quality - something the other two companies completely missed. Out of three quotes, Pedro's pricing was by far the best. He was on time every day, often a few minutes early, and even worked until 8 PM on the final day to make sure the job was perfect. He and his brother work incredibly hard and take great pride in their craft. He also sent us care instructions afterward to help us maintain the floors. Our floors now look brand new! We plan to install hardwood in another room soon and will absolutely hire Pedro again. Honest, skilled, and fairly priced - highly recommend! -

5 months agoPedro did an amazing job sanding & refinishing my maple floors & douglas fir stairs! They were so bad before that we couldn't even tell the wood species before sanding. I got 3 other quotes & Pedro was by far the most reasonablely priced. 100% would recommend! -
