3 years agoGreat service! Last minute call! We needed our unit moved so we could poor concrete. Casey came out the next day from us calling and got it unhooked and ready. A few days later it could be hooked up and back on. Casey was out the day I asked. Great quality! And a warranty if anything didn't work after a few days. Happy to report it's been weeks and it's perfect. -

4 years agoIf you are looking to install a mini-split ac/heater unit, Casey is the guy to call. Responded the same day with a call back and was onsite with an estimate the same week. The subsequent week he completed the work and my golf studio is toasty for the coming winter and ready to blow ice cold ac when summer hits. Give him a call for any HVAC repair or maintenance. -

FAQ
Does CW Mechanical HVACR provide free estimates for HVAC services?
We offer onsite estimates after a same-day call back to discuss your needs. Pricing is determined by the specific job, such as mini-split installations, system relocations, or repairs, with an honest diagnosis to ensure you get what your home actually requires. This approach avoids unnecessary upsells and focuses on quality work tailored to your situation.
Are you licensed and insured for HVAC work?
CW Mechanical HVACR carries the necessary licensing and insurance required for HVAC contracting in Lehi, Utah. We handle refrigerant safely and comply with local standards to protect your property during installations, relocations, and repairs. Homeowners can request proof of these credentials before we start any project.
Does CW Mechanical HVACR handle mini-split installations and system relocations?
We specialize in mini-split installations, system relocations, and repairs, including cleaning HVAC coils and condenser units. Our team also services commercial rooftop units when needed. These tasks require precise handling to maintain efficiency and avoid future issues.
What is your typical timeline and scheduling process?
CW Mechanical HVACR responds with a same-day call back and provides an onsite estimate within the same week for most jobs. For urgent needs like unit relocations, we arrive the next day to unhook systems or complete repairs. Installation or reconnection follows shortly after, minimizing disruption to your schedule.
Does CW Mechanical HVACR clean up after HVAC jobs and handle debris?
We leave your property clean by removing debris from repairs, installations, and cleanings like coil or condenser maintenance. Technicians use drop cloths and proper tools to protect floors and surfaces during the work. This ensures no mess remains, so you can use the space right away.
Why is hiring you better than attempting HVAC repairs or installations as a DIY project?
We diagnose issues honestly and complete work correctly the first time, preventing callbacks or additional repairs that DIY often leads to. Professional tools and knowledge ensure safe handling of refrigerants, electrical components, and system relocation without risking inefficiency or damage. Homeowners avoid common pitfalls like improper sizing or airflow problems that shorten equipment life.
