5 months agoShoddy work, poor attitudes, caused a major crack that they refuse to pay for. They'll say there's more to the story but at the end of the day with so many garage door companies around (I guess a lot of people couldn't find actual jobs?) there are far more reputable people to get work done from. My garage sucks now thanks to these angry, ragey guys who need therapy -

1 year agoA few years ago I had this company install a garage door. It was cheap, I didn't love the work, Improperly sealed, cheap parts, but it worked fine. I got what I felt like I paid for which wasn't a lot. This week the bracket attaching the springs to the wall comes off, which is only because it was installed poorly, it should have never detached. This damages the door ( they installed) and multiple issues. I sent them and over pictures, because they only text and NEVER call, when I bring up that this should be covered they say this is past the 1 year warranty. This damage should have been avoided. If you want a cheaper price go for it, you'll get that. I highly suggest you find another company. Im paying for it today. , but I wont use them again. Extra Note: A Person shouldn't have to threaten a bad review to get good service, so I didn't. -
