8 months agoI hired Manny and his Earthscapes company to do a total renovation of my yard including a new sprinkler system, steel curbing, 16x16 concrete pad, a concrete extension, sod, iron fence, and a cement walkway replacement. Here are the issues. The sprinkler system does not cover the lawn and so a big area has to be manually watered. He refuses to come back and fix this. The drip system for the garden beds was not installed. He just dropped the main line. The 16x16 concrete pad is 14x15 - he said he'd reimburse the difference. Didn't happen. The premium mix from my garden boxes was dumped. The cost to fill them is about $700 each times three. Manny said he'd replace it. Didn't happen. The cement walkway was poured with old cement-according to another cement contractor- and is stained and crumbling. The iron fence was never installed but was paid for since I trusted the contract he signed. The other concrete extension is also smaller than his estimate. Plus there is significantly less steel border installed than his bid. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. For almost a year now, Manny refuses to answer calls, refund my money, or fix these issues. -

1 year agoThese guys are great. We needed to revamp our flower beds and they did a great job. They showed up when they said they would be there, did the job just as we requested and worked all day to finish in one day. Would highly recommend! -

1 year agoMy neighbor is doing a big project and they took the liberty to dump gravel and boulders on my lawn without speaking with me. I talked to the owner and he said he would get it taken care of and come over to discuss the resolution. They moved most of the boulders but my grass is still destroyed and there's gravel embedded in my lawn. I'll include a pic of what the rest of my yard looks like for comparison. -

1 year agoStephanie was really nice and set us up with a quote. Manny showed up to quote us and was really nice also and set up a date and time to do the work (8am today). Manny and his crew did a really awesome job removing unwanted rocks from the yard and instead of just leaving a big hole and leaving it ugly, he went above and beyond and made sure to level everything out and put soil on top. The work was more laborious than he expected when he quoted us, but Manny kept his word and did not try to get more money from us. He still honored his original quote. Manny and his crew were extremely patient and calm explaining everything to us even when my Mom yelled at him due to a misunderstanding. I'm very appreciative and grateful for Manny and his crew and highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done. -

1 year agoI cannot say enough about Manny & the Earthscapes crew! They completely transformed my front and back yard - over the course of 3 weeks. What began as: rocky dirt piles, 6-foot weeds, multiple steep slopes and TOO many boulders - manifested into a tranquil eye-catching landscape. I want to thank each of the crew that worked on my project: Pedro, Ramon, Daniel Sr, Carlos, Rolando, Brian, Diego, Jorge & Arturo. I want to specifically acknowledge Daniel who painstakingly installed "the most level fence in the neighborhood" (comments made by 2 of my neighbors). The crew's work ethic, professionalism and client focused attitude were refreshing and much appreciated. I am a perfectionist and the owner; Manny is as well. His vision and ability to deliver what I wanted - earned Earthscapes a client for life. Thank you Manny & Earthscapes!
