4 years agoBryan arrived early for the initial meeting and was prepared and patient as I explained what I needed. Bryan returned a quote within 48 hours. When Whiterock arrived to begin the work, I received a crew of 3 men led by Lance. Lance coordinated the work of his crew with the ongoing work inside my shop. Each of the crew members was polite and courteous with respect to my employees. Each day Lance communicated each step of the process, asked questions and answered questions with respect and kindness. The crew cleaned up their work spaces every day leaving the work space cleaner than when they arrived. These guys did everything as professionals from the first phone call to end of the job. -

9 years agoDid some electrical work for which they were paid. Gave us an estimate for additional work which we accepted. They did not show up for the work as scheduled. Unreachable by phone, but did apologize for missing the appointment via text. Told us they had the lights and would call the next day. No call, and became unresponsive to calls and texts. Something is not right with this operation. -

11 years ago$10,000 All communication was with owner Damian, who was amazing. We purchased a house in Havertown that needed all knob and tube wiring replaced so that we could get the home insured (most insurers are no longer insuring knob and tube). I was surprised that there were no reviews, so I want to remedy that situation and say that Damian and Whiterock exceeded all of my expectations. A few key highlights: -Damian is an excellent communicator. Whether via phone, text, or email, he was always very responsive. Even before he had the job, he took lots of time to talk with me when I was collecting estimates from multiple electricians. -The team he used was professional and took care in our new home - something every homeowner will of course care about. Always cleaned up after themselves, never took any risks or liberties that would worry an (admittedly uptight) homeowner. Communication from the team was also great - checking in - asking preferences - all great. -The workmanship was top quality, AND cost-conscious. We had the work permitted and inspected by the town at the end. The inspector even noted what a good job was done. (He actually commented that Damian always does good work). -They not only completed the job within budget and on-time, they finished EARLY. I know that an early finish just is not something you can always count on, but I have to say, I was not expecting that. An amazingly helpful surprise, given that we had a baby on the way in just a few days. -Damian also provided someone to patch/spackle the walls. The completed work was great. -The damage to the walls, which is a necessary part of rewiring, was kept to a minimum, and far less than I was expecting. Anyway, bottom line, whenever I need electrical (or other) work done, I will call Damian and Whiterock. Very trustworthy, professional, personable experience.
