2 years agoHad Premier build my pool. Promised 6 weeks, it took 51 weeks. After a long wait, pool was finally done once the owners fired their pool guy and took over themselves. Besides the long wait, the one complaint I have is that I was promised that any cement that was broken would be replaced. I had to fight to get most of the broken cement replaced but my RV pad was crushed on one section. I have been texting their cement guy, Ryan for 2 years now. He has continually said he will get someone out here soon but he never has. I even asked him after almost 2 yrs to please just shoot straight with me and tell me if he's ever going to fix my cement that they crushed. His response, "Dude, shooting straight, it hasn't been my top priority but I told you I would take care of it and I will. I honestly should be able to come out next week and get it taken care of for you. We are just finally catching up. I will hit you up Monday on it"..... (sent on 7/7/2023) That was 5 months ago. I have never heard back from him and I don't ever count on hearing back or having the crushed cement replaced like I was promised and told so many times. I appreciated the owners getting here and getting it done after such a long wait but I wish they would finish the job as promised. Overall, we enjoy our pool, but I would get ALL terms in writing for projects they are doing. Fixing my cement was a small and simple job that would probably take only a couple of hours, but all the promises over and over have left me not very happy. Such a simple/dumb thing for a negative review.
