1 year agoUpgrade Installation put in the laminate flooring and stairs at my cabin. They were so customer friendly in scheduling and payment. The installers were there on time, did an amazing job (especially on the stairs). They cleaned up when they were finished and took time to cover my furniture near the stairs. I will most certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone. -

1 year agoI am reaching out to report a serious incident involving one of your company vehicles on February 20th at approximately 6:20 PM. While driving with my 8-year-old son in the car, I was aggressively tailgated by a driver operating a vehicle with the license plate 5T7UJ. Despite already traveling 5 MPH over the speed limit in snowy conditions, this driver followed dangerously close-just inches from my car-while repeatedly flashing their high beams, blaring the horn, and swerving aggressively. This reckless behavior was extremely frightening, not only for me but especially for my child. After tailgating me, the driver then sped past at an alarming speed, ran a stop sign near Holiday Oil, & and then turned left onto Redwood Road heading south-disregarding traffic laws entirely. Operating a vehicle in such a dangerous manner is totally unacceptable under any circumstances, but to do so in a company vehicle is shocking && highly concerning. He This individual poses a serious risk to public safety, and I strongly urge you to take immediate action before they cause harm to someone. I was actually planning to contact your business this summer to have my garage , as well as my mom's garage epoxy-coated, but after this experience, I will no longer be doing so, unfortunately . I sincerely hope this matter is addressed promptly. That driver needs to be held accountable for his actions! Thanks. -
