11 months agoGave me an incomplete pit I even asked them to send me the parts and I will complete the pit myself and not even that. Even though I won the pit in a raffle it took him almost a year and a half to get it excuses after excuses . I understand things happen and all the patient guy but patients only go so far -

1 year agoI paid for an order of 2 of their products on 11/05/2024 paid in full. I sent all the info that I wanted on the grills several times via text and email this company has no courtesy for paying customers takes forever to get back. He says to call him and when you do he does not answer. I placed the order with plenty of time for the holidays and a birthday. He did say I would need to pick them up and I had already made arrangements to have them picked up but he had a family emergency and was not going to be able to be there so he offered to ship them free of charge which I was grateful. He said he would ship them on 11/18/2024 he did not. I got them on 12/04/2024 which was again fine because I needed one of them by 12/06/2024. When I opened the boxes to go over my order one of the names was misspelled so I attempted to call him he did not answer called him 8 times. So sent him an email letting him know of the error and told him if he did not get back to me I would dispute the charge with my cc company. I sent him a text message and he replied right away very rudely asking me if I just wanted a free build and that if I was a child. I do not expect anything for free I just expect what I paid for. I will never order anything from him ever I will not recommend him to anyone. He is rude so is his girlfriend/wife had interaction with her via email. As a paying customer when you give me a date and you tell me time and time again that you are going to ship it by a certain date I expect it to be so. Not a company that will reply back to your questions or your concerns. I support small businesses I have family that have small businesses so why not support others. What I will not support is no customer services skills and rudeness. I would give them a no starts but that is not an option DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!
