2 months agoPa -Ru Roofing and Construction LLC was hired to replace my roor after a hail storm. Another homeowner referred Pa-Ru roofing to me. Mr. Paul Espinoza came to my home, looked over my roof damage. Paul was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and above all honest in his quote. He was there at my home when the insurance claim rep arrived to check on the hail damage.paul pointed out damage and/ or concerns that the claim rep had not identified. Paul also identified damage as the work was ongoing and submitted the necessary supplemental claim documents. All the claim damage cost was approved and paid. All the work was completed timely, efficiently, and with outstanding results. Just 3 months later a water leak in my home caused extensive damage. I contacted Mr Paul Espinoza and he came back to my home, saw the damage and coordinated with the insurance rep totaled on the repairs.Mr Paul and Pa-Ru construction did an outstanding job of getting my home damage repaired and back to normal. Again all work was accomplished timely, with the utmost care and Mr Paul was at the home every morning to ensure work was started and adhered to. 7 months agoPaRu construction just finished replacing our roof and the job went flawlessly from start to finish. It is a dirty job and they were very professional throughout the process. I recommend them highly and we learned about them from a neighbor that had their roof replaced and now they are having a bath remodeled--great company with many talented people. They repaired my squirrel damage as well which helps. Plus, they made dealing with our insurance company easy--without them I would not have known what to ask the insurance company--well done Paul to you and your highly trained pros. From drone flights over the house to the dirty, dangerous job of tearing off old shingles and replacing, your team is world-class. I have already recommended you to other neighbors and they have you on their calendar already. Thank you again for the terrific customer service and keeping me up-to-date throughout the process. Continued success to your company of super, talented professionals. I HAVE NOW used PARU on our two houses numerous times over the last seven years and referred them to three other homeowners that I am aware of. From roof replacement, patching shingles from RACOON damage, roof repairs to ridge peaks that aged from Texas heat, bringing dryer roof vent up to code, repairs to a patio, there is no job to big or to small. they even gave a good referral for a window issue. Im extremely grateful that I went with him and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a new roof. His price was extremely competitive and he got the roof done in one day.
