Bob very promptly took the measurements we made and gave an initial estimate, then he came to the house did the measurements and final quote. The carpeting was installed on time, and there were no delays in the process. The job done by the installers was excellent and the price for the job was better than quotes we got from others. -

1 year agoOrders flooring and was told 3 business days for delivery. 4 days later i called to check on it and was told it was on back order until 2 weeks later. Nobody called me and I had to postpone installer and cancel my order. 4 business days later I'm still waiting for my refund. -
