4 months agoDenali Electric I reached out to Denali Electric on October 8, 2025, and spoke with Chris, the Owner and Master Electrician. I explained in detail the electrical issue caused by a faulty repair from a previous contractor. Chris came to my home the next day to assess the situation so he could discuss it with his crew. He carefully explained all the possible challenges they might encounter during the repair. After his assessment, Chris left to pull a permit from the city. The very next morning, he returned with his crew - Eli and Casey. They were professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. It quickly became clear that this job was a bigger challenge than anyone expected. Our home was built in 1964, and over the years, some of the electrical work had likely not been done by a licensed electrician. Despite the difficulties, Eli and Casey made it look effortless. They worked together seamlessly to make our home safe again. Thank you, Chris, for your professionalism and kind demeanor. You promised my husband Eric and me that you and your team would get the job done and you did. Eli and Casey, thank you both for your expertise, patience, and efficiency. You truly listened when I told you how stressful this experience had been for us. Your kindness was a much-needed comfort after weeks of being denied service by other electricians.
