5 months agoMy first time having an electrical issue and warranty has already expired. I called My A Plus Electric on Friday afternoon and was scheduled for Monday morning. It was an easy and pleasant process. Thank you Ms Michelle for being so kind and very patient on the phone every time I called. The technicians arrived within my scheduled appointment time and completed a very thorough inspection. Turns out the only real issue was we just have too many basic extension cords causing the breaker to trip. I had a bit of difficulty understanding the technician, but Michelle made sure all of my questions were clearly answered. -

1 year agoThis company A Plus Electric in San Antonio is awesome they go above and beyond for us customers! They saved me so much money and time by helping me with my outlet issue. Now my outlet Works properly because they gave me simple instructions through text message to fix the issue. It was something so easy to fix but because I am not an electrician I did not know what to do but they told me what to do and now I can relax knowing my outlet works! They are honestly the most humble and professional company I ever worked with. Some companies are super money hungry and won't help you with something that easy/simple but A-Plus electric genuinely cares about their customers! I highly recommend them and will never go anywhere else I will be sticking with this company for my electrical needs!
