2 months agoWe have been clients of Airtegrity now for 7 years. We first had our complete system replaced in 2019. They have serviced it since then. 2 weeks ago on the first day of the cold snap our heater motor decided to break. Bryan immediately came out within an hour to check the problem. Our motor needed to be replaced. Francisco, the owner, worked with us to set up payment plans. Money is tight for everyone these days. He was kind enough to help out. Bryan has always been our service repair technician. He has always been extremely kind and professional and always has a smile on his face. I highly recommend Airtegrity. You will be happy with the service you receive. -

3 months agoWe had an issue where our outside AC unit stopped working. Francisco originally installed our system a couple of years ago at a great price, and when we called him this time, he came out quickly to take a look. The problem turned out to be a combination of a clogged drain and how the outside unit was draining. Francisco took the time to show us exactly what was going on, explained why it caused the failure, and walked us through what to watch for in the future. He didn't charge us for the maintenance or repair - just asked that we be better about filter changes going forward. As a small business owner myself, I really respect that level of integrity. If you want someone who knows their stuff, explains things clearly, and treats people fairly, I'd absolutely recommend Francisco and his team. -

FAQ
How does Airtegrity Comfort Solutions determine pricing for HVAC work?
We provide detailed written estimates that break down all costs before any work begins. Our estimates include labor, equipment with model numbers, materials, permits if applicable, and any additional services. This transparency helps you understand exactly what you're paying for and allows you to compare quotes confidently. We're happy to walk you through each line item and answer questions about the proposed work.
Are you licensed and insured?
Airtegrity Comfort Solutions maintains proper licensing and insurance to protect you and your home. When you contact us, we can provide proof of our credentials and discuss our coverage for workers' compensation and general liability. This protects you from liability in case of property damage or other issues during service. We also ensure our team is familiar with local permitting requirements and inspections.
Does Airtegrity Comfort Solutions handle air duct replacement and repair?
Yes, we specialize in air duct work for homes of all ages, including older properties. Our team inspects ductwork for leaks, kinks, undersized runs, and poor transitions that reduce system performance. We evaluate static pressure and airflow to identify issues, then propose modifications to meet manufacturer specifications. Whether your home was built in the 1970s or recently, we have the expertise to improve your duct system's efficiency and comfort.
What should I expect for scheduling and how quickly can you respond?
Airtegrity Comfort Solutions responds quickly to service calls and works to accommodate your schedule. When you call, we'll discuss the timeline from initial contact to installation or repair completion, including any permitting needs. Our team will confirm arrival windows and let you know who will be on-site so you can plan accordingly. For emergency repairs like a heater motor failure during a cold snap, we prioritize fast response to keep your system running.
How does Airtegrity Comfort Solutions protect my home during service work?
We treat your home with respect and care during every job. Our team uses drop cloths and shoe covers to protect your floors and belongings, and we clean up thoroughly after work is complete. We'll walk you through what to expect on installation day and explain how we'll manage debris and waste removal. After we finish, we test system performance to verify everything is working correctly before we leave.
Why should I hire a professional instead of attempting HVAC work myself?
HVAC systems are complex and require specialized knowledge, tools, and certifications to install and repair safely. Improper installation can decrease system efficiency, shorten equipment lifespan, and create safety hazards. We conduct load calculations to size equipment correctly for your home's specific needs, inspect electrical components, verify refrigerant charge, and ensure proper condensate management. Professional installation also preserves manufacturer warranties and ensures your system meets local codes and regulations.
