Yes. This guy got the critter trapped at my mother's house but didn't return for the patchwork as promised. Excuse after excuse.

We have used Texas Rodent Control several times over the last few years. Felix got rid of raccoons from our house 1st. After that we ended up with rats from an empty house next to ours. Took some time to get them all as they were having babies in our crawl space but eventually they were all gone. We recently had to call him again because the vacated home is now being cleared out and lo and behold more rats. Felix sealed up some new openings and set traps and had already followed up with a caught critter. He keeps constant communication and if he is running late he has always given us a heads up. Nothing but the utmost professionalism and very thorough. Thank you Felix for my wife's peace of mind.

FAQ

How does Texas Rodent Control determine pricing for wildlife removal services?

We assess pricing based on the inspection findings, including the number of entry points, extent of exclusion work needed, and type of wildlife involved like raccoons or rodents. A thorough site visit allows us to provide a custom quote tailored to your specific situation in San Antonio. This ensures you receive accurate costs without unexpected fees for incomplete work.

Are you licensed and insured for wildlife removal?

Texas Rodent Control holds the necessary licensing required for wildlife damage control in Texas, ensuring all removal and exclusion practices meet state standards. Our technicians use humane live traps, as shown in photos of captured raccoons safely contained for relocation. Homeowners can verify our credentials through the Texas Department of Agriculture for added peace of mind.

Does Texas Rodent Control handle raccoon removal and roof entry point repairs?

We specialize in raccoon removal using live traps, with visual evidence showing captured raccoons in traps behind our service truck. Our process includes detailed roof inspections from ladders to identify and patch access points, preventing re-entry. This comprehensive approach addresses both immediate removal and long-term exclusion for San Antonio homes.

What is your typical arrival time and scheduling process?

Texas Rodent Control arrives right on time for scheduled appointments, with prompt response to urgent wildlife issues. We communicate clearly about timelines, often resolving raccoon problems in just a couple of days as needed. Flexible scheduling accommodates homeowners' availability while prioritizing quick action to minimize disruption.

How does Texas Rodent Control handle cleanup and after-service for wildlife removal?

We document every step of the removal and exclusion process, leaving your property clean without debris from traps or inspections. Captured wildlife like raccoons is safely relocated, and entry points are sealed to avoid future issues. This thorough follow-through ensures your home is secure and habitable right after service.

Why is your professional wildlife removal method safer and more effective than DIY?

Our expertise involves thorough inspections and proper exclusion, such as sealing roof gaps that DIY attempts often miss, leading to animals returning quickly. We use safe live traps and document all steps to confirm complete resolution, unlike incomplete patches that fail. Professionals avoid risks like falls from ladders or disease exposure from handling wildlife directly.
