1 year agoTerrible company, made an appointment one week in advance and they didn't show up or respond to any emails. They don't deserve one star based on customer service. I understand things happen but repeated emails asking if they're going to show up with no response tells me they do not care about their customers. -

6 years agoOrdered product in Amazon. Used spray twice as recommended. Not one dead bug. Asked for refund and they refused saying I used the product. Huh?? So...there us no money back guarantee and they do not stand by products. They also lied when I requested refund recording with Amazon it was just me needing technical assistance. The spray does not work. Filed complaint with BBB. They blew me off and do not answer my requests. -

6 years agoI would not have chosen this company but the buyers of my home received a quote and it seemed like a good price so I called and scheduled an appointment. I received an invoice and would ask questions to a email to Teresa and never receive replies. I would call and Melissa seemed to always answer. The day that it was suppose to be scheduled no one showed and I never received a call. So I sent an email to Teresa... So I called and Melissa said the technician called in sick -- a call would have been nice-- then she said that someone name Orlando would try and come out that same day so I offered that if he couldn't that say to call back and schedule for the next day .. of course no call... I had to call the next day and figure out a time .. Melissa said that he may stop by in the afternoon but would call 30 min to one hour prior .. no call and he just showed up.. once he was here.. he took 20 mins. I paid the invoice online and have yet to receive a receipt to provide to my buyers. This company is not organized and def not punctual... I do not recommend. Look for someone with better reviews. -
