5 months agoI'm disappointed in this company from start to finish. First, I booked an appointment from 9-11 yesterday and gave them the correct address. When the cleaner called he asked if he could stay on the side of town he was on so that he didn't have to go back and forth around town and I accommodated that request. If I wouldn't have accommodated that request my partner would have been at the house. Later the cleaner came and my partner was not there because at that point we did not now what time he was coming. He stated there were two rooms that did not need as much cleaning and two rooms that needed deep cleaning. I ended up deep cleaning all of the rooms because we were supposed to move in today. I felt swindled because I asked for a pictures of the living room before the tech left and he was gone in less than 30 mins and he said he was already on the highway. The he proceeded to ask for an extra 25 dollars for travel when I already accommodated him and no one brought up this extra fee. Not at booking, not when they up charged me and not when I paid. The tech claimed he did this amazing job, but when we came back to look at the work it was beyond sub par and we requested a refund for the rooms that looked like they did not get any work done. The company does not give refunds when work is not done correctly and this tech just wanted to be done for the day and took advantage that no one was there. Do not book with this company. They claim to have better equipment that does not just steam clean, but it's a con to get your business and up charge for absolutely nothing.
