5 months agoI've used Alanis Towing for the last 40 years or so, and not once have they let me down. I recently used them a couple of days ago because my SUV got stuck on ice (and in a dangerous position, but we were able to get out of the vehicle even though we had some hard falls on the ice but got back up, bad situation but we're fine thank God). I called Alanis Towing and the driver was a man named Carlos, he was so professional, polite, helpful and followed safety precautions 100%, he made sure we were safe away while he pulled out the vehicle to safety. I give Alanis Towing and Carlos 5 stars for the professional help they gave me and my family! I recommend this company for your towing needs as well, here are my 5 stars * * * * * yeah!!! 11 months agoAlanis Wrecker Service is AWESOME!!!!!! They went above and beyond their service. Amber (dispatcher) was sooo nice, courteous and patient with me. And Jerry my tow truck driver is a magician at maneuvering in a packed parking lot and THE MOST PATIENT person I've met in a really long time. I appreciate everything they did for me. If you ever need a tow truck call Alanis wrecker Service. I highly recommend them. -

1 year agoWorst experience ever ! I had my work vehicle towed from my driveway and there were damages left , I then called the owner and he promised to get back with me . It's been 2 weeks and I keep calling and speaking with an Amber that has the worst attitude. It's just back and forth with them with no clear solution. Alanis Wrecker does not want to own up to their mistake in damaging my driveway. Not even an apology. I definitely do not recommend anyone call them for their business, unless you want damages done on your property that you won't get fixed .
