Communication was great to keep me alerted on reminders of service and billing. The technician was friendly, efficient, and quick. Billing was easy - they accept Venmo. 6 months agoThe guy that cleaned our the carpet in our master bedroom spent less than 15 minutes here. When the carpet dried I noticed that the stains that I pointed out to him prior to him starting the job were still there. I contacted TLC & was told the stains /darker discoloration was carpet damage due to scrubbing the fibers (based off of a photo they requested). They didn't offer to come back out to look or reclean. Fast forward a few months, we just had our carpets re-cleaned & we were told that the excuse TLC gave us was a lie. Our carpets are clean now, spots are gone, I just wish I hadn't paid the 1st guy with cash or I would have disputed the charge after the first guy left. Lesson learned. -
