4 months agoOh my gosh, it is October 20 at exactly 4:17 PM. My neighbor is having work done by these idiots and they are so disrespectful. I had to go out there three times they had everything on our lawn when my husband worked so hard to keep it nice looking and green and he was so freaking stubborn telling me it'll take a minute, not to say what they did as well. They cut one of my Internet lines and then they lied and said they found it that way and I said bull crap because I have cameras and it was you and I said that I was gonna report them and they're gonna be charged as much for giving me all this heartache and they quickly fixed it and said they found it, but they went ahead and fix it. I mean it goes on and on it's horrible wow somebody needs to put them out of business. I tried calling the number and it said it's been changed and no other number is known. What kind of business is this? Wow Lord have mercy. I'm so frustrated. My blood is boiling. The guy sitting on our power box was way earlier. They was on the phone, just relaxing, like nothing. -

9 months agoEchoing what Joe Stukey said, Please avoid subcontracting from this company. I have had a second claim open from them for more than a month and a half, with the original being more than 5 months ago. They don't respect the yards they are working in and have horrible communication timelines. I have had to call or text them religiously to get updates even though they say they will do it. My irrigation system was damaged and I had leaks, leading to significant damages. Their ability to take responsibility and handle things in a timely manner is questionable at best. -

1 year agoAfter AT&T placed a work order to repair our internet cable, they contracted the job out to RAM with an initial fix date set over a week later. However, we were able to contact Ghandi and his team, and they came out to resolve the issue first thing the very next day. Their quick response saved us from a lengthy delay, and we're incredibly grateful for their prompt and efficient service. Without them, we'd still be waiting for a fix. Big thanks to Ghandi and his team for stepping up when we needed it most! -

1 year agoGhandi and his team came through for me big time. I can't not express how glad I am to have found them. Is 30 minutes he solved a 48 hr nightmare. A contractor cut our fiber line. When the builder and contract did little to nothing to help these guys came in and solved it for us. Thank you all! -
