1 month agoIn the end, HHI Patios did a great job and we love the new patio. There were major issues with the project - the worst case scenario, incorrect concrete pour. The concrete pour was not aligned and the patio footing would not have been supported. It happens. Ivan and HHI were professional. They ripped out the new concrete and replaced it. There were a few other more minor issues (poor paint job and fan wiring) which we pointed out to Ivan. Owner Hugo came by to tell us in person HHI was going to make it perfect. They did! Not all construction projects go smoothly. HHI really showed what kind of company they are when this one seemed to keep going wrong. They stepped up and made it right. They stuck to their quote (although they probably lost money on this one). And they redid work a second time to make it perfect. I would use them again and hopefully it would go smoothly for them. -

5 months agoIn the Spring of 2022 I had a patio installed at my home by HHI Patio Covers. Pablo and his team did an excellent job. This was from the demolition of my previous patio that came with my home, to the redirection of my backyard sprinkler system, the installation of the roof, the fans, the electrical work, the painting, the floor, the sound system, the TV and the TV wall. Pablo made sure all project groups communicated and coordinated the entire process to make sure everything was on schedule from the design, sketch phase to the building and installation stages. The owner even stopped by a few times to check on the patio build and the quality of the work and materials that were being used. I was amazed by the level of ownership, quality of the materials used, attention to detail and the level of service that was given throughout the entire patio build. I highly recommend HHI Patio Covers to anyone who is interested in getting a quality patio built by a small family owned company who cares about the level of service delivered and the quality of their work ehich was at a very reasonable price. HHI Patio Covers was less expensive than other larger companies. If I were to get a patio built again I would definitely use HHI Patio Covers again!! Thank you again Pablo and HHI Patio Covers from a very satisfied consumer!! -

5 months agoWe had an amazing experience working with HHI Patio Covers who just built our gabled cover. After a rough time getting very high quotes and designs that we didn't like, I contacted HHI after seeing their projects. Pablo came by within days and gave us a great quote and a beautiful design. He walked through every step of the process with us and was transparent about cost. His guys built our cover within 2 weeks and it looks like it's always been a part of the home! If you're considering a patio cover, I would definitely recommend contacting HHI first. -
