3 months agoWe were fed up with another trash company and had several commercial accounts that were due to terminate, and Garrett was instrumental in helping us transition from this other provider to WasteConnections. He negotiated new rates for us and even aided in sending cancellation notices on our behalf. I don't know of another company that would provide that level of Customer Service and deliver such quick responses from the Sales team. We appreciate working with a vendor who employs people that provide the results to their customers that they promised.
