3 months agoI waited all day called several times to find out at the end of the day the service guy had an emergency. I understand stand things happen and I hope the service man is okay but to lead someone so they do not have the time to go with someone else shows this is not a company to be trusted. I would not let these people into your house. -

4 years agoThe tenants still vacuumed dirties, even some small steel balls and pushpins after they cleaned the carpet. I emailed them seven days ago and didn't get any response. I will not order their service any more. -

4 years agoHidden charges be aware. $325 for 10x10 feet carpet's water removal (not a flooded carpet, just wet) The receptionist on the call estimates $215 ( $125 for cleaning and $90 for dehumidifier rentals) but the guy coming at the end asks 325 bucks, attributing that cleaning is not same as water removal. And yeah, receipt add 10% extra. Not at all professional.
