7 months agoThe staff was friendly, however, I'm not 100% satisfied with the end result...I think I expected more than what I got. I asked for a move in deep clean (specifically the baseboards and windowsills etc). The team missed portions of the baseboard and didn't even wipe down the inside of the drawers first time. They did came back after I called them and cleaned the kitchen well, but the baseboards were still dirty. Not sure if they're not equipped to handle this, or if I misinterpreted what a deep clean for a move in was...but I assumed a cleaning service would have taken care of this considering the service was about $480. The house isn't new, but I expected to see clean baseboards and not food stains and dusty corners after cleaners came by. They did do a wonderful job on the light fixtures, windows, and bathrooms. Other than the baseboards, they're a good service. -
