I had to take off a star because they were 2hrs late and then one because 1 of the guys left for 2hrs to get "the right screws & a ladder"...while the helper struggled here on his own. It was also never explained to me when I called for a cleaning that an inspector/ supervisor had to come out first then the actual cleaning would take place another day. They were very nice and knowledgeable. Could just be a little more Professional. I guess the true test will be when the next cold snap comes and we build another fire! Ps. I originally gave them a 3 review as described for the tardy and missing basic supplies. I felt bad and increased it to a 4. Shortly after was called by the office and told that they would have to take BACK the $50 credit they offered for a Google review because I only left a 4. Dang it!! I feel tricked!! I confronted the lady about buying 5 google reviews and they denied such a thing but that's EXACTLY what happened to me!!! -
