3 years ago9 photos After 7 months, I still have PTSD from my experience with this company. It's taken me months to revisit the horror. They ruined my home. Their cheap equipment failed and spewed a layer of soot and ash all over every surface in my entire downstairs and up through the stairwell. EVERY surface. It was a flippin nightmare. They owner never came to survey the damage, only offering me a maid to come over and $175 to clean it. The owner would not provide me his Liability Insurance information to make an insurance claim. He even had the nerve to refuse to give me a refund for the service. Thankfully Chase bank had no problem seeing I deserved a refund. Don't let that BBB logo fool you. This company is the lowest of the low. I had to call in ProServe to restore my home. It took ServePro 2 days and 5 people cleaning up the "soot bomb" they dropped in my house. I have pictures attached. This is no small thing. It was fire damage without the flames. The ServePro bill was $4000.00. I am currently suing them for damage and expenses in small claims court. -
